Phone Booths – obsolete spaces in the city.

I would like to give phone booth/ payphones a new function. A communication device use for people communicate with other people. Sometimes we use it in case of emergency. More in the past than in the present but even today went we run out of battery and we need to make a urgent phone call we appeal to them. What if their role could be subvert /adapt and the phone booth  call you when you pass by, alerting you about some issues (ex: air quality)  and make you more aware of the city and it’s environment. At  the same time it could provide you with solutions ( ex: oxygen / masks) trying to compensate you and at the same time make you think/aware  about it.
